Join us for a special hands-on Tatreez Workshop, where tradition meets creativity! âœ¨ Whether you’re new to embroidery or already familiar with the art, this gathering is a chance to connect, learn, and honor a rich cultural heritage.

This traditional Palestinian embroidery is deeply rooted in history, passed down through generations as a form of artistic expression and cultural preservation. Each stitch carries meaning, with patterns and colors representing different regions, stories, and personal journeys.

What to Expect:

All materials will be provided, and no prior experience is needed. Everyone is welcome—this is a space for connection, creativity, and storytelling.

About Your Instructor

Tamara Abuleil is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor with a background in interior design and general arts, as well as a certified conscious parental and life coach through Dr. Shefali’s institute. Deeply inspired by the healing energy of nature and its ability to nurture connection and balance, Tamara’s journey has been shaped by a profound connection with the natural world. This connection to nature serves as the foundation for her work, guiding her to create spaces where individuals can reconnect with their authentic selves and tap into their inner resilience.

Yogi by Nature was founded on the belief that we are all born as yogis, with an innate harmony between mind, body, and soul. Drawing from the wisdom of the natural world, this practice encourages a return to authenticity, fostering unity, balance, and healing in our lives.
