Healing circles are an ancient and cross-cultural practice. Women have gathered in circles to celebrate, grieve, honor, and support one another for ages!
In Feminine Embodiment and Healing Circles with Tatiana, the space is energetically curated to be a soft place for the feminine to land. Join a healing circle to practice slowing down the mind, and using somatic or body-based practices that invite you to experience the full range of feelings and sensations including anger, joy, and pleasure.
We will move, shake, and flow in each circle, engage in inner work, group discussion, and guided activities to shift blocked, stagnated, or repressed energy and allow for collective healing. Tatiana will tap into her intuition and utilize spiritual guidance to cultivate the container for healing.
A healing circle is perfect for the femme-identified individual who is:
Craving connection and desiring to heal in community
Rediscovering herself and wanting to be more authentic
In her head and wants to reconnect with the body
Wanting to harmonize her masculine and feminine energies
Needing to process the nuances, challenges, and victories in this life

About Your Instructor
Tatiana Williams is a licensed therapist with 6 years of experience in trauma-informed group and individual therapy. Tatiana is also an intuitive reader and energetic healer who connects with God and utilizes empathy and love in all her offerings. Tatiana is a charismatic, goofy, and realized empath dedicated to helping and healing others. She incorporates her own healing journey into her practice and encourages women to show up as their authentic, sensual, and feminine selves in all walks of life. She is committed to connecting individuals to their purpose and gifts.
