Do I need to bring anything with me?
*It is recommended to bring a yoga mat or towel with you, as we will be sitting/lying on the floor. Wear comfortable layered clothing so you can adjust your body's temperature. You may also want to bring a small pillow for under the head or knees when lying on the floor. If you tend to feel cold, you're welcome to bring a warm blanket. All will aid in a more restorative experience. Remember to bring water.
