Join us for an evening of coziness where we bridge hygge with yoga. Hygge is a Danish word meaning: creating a good atmosphere with an emphasis on connection and nature. Surrounded by candles, flowers, and good company, we will enjoy a warm cup of cacao, a heart-opening meditation and a relaxing sound bath.
Bring your favorite mug for added coziness! If you forget, one will be provided.

An empty belly (don’t eat just before, it can make the practice uncomfortable)
Comfortable loose, warm clothing
Water
Optional: An eye covering and small, flat head pillow
Yoga mats will be provided, but feel welcome to bring your own mat/towel
This sound bath will ask participants to sit or lie still for one hour in our open movement studio, while listening to a guided relaxation as the calming tones of Tibetan Singing Bowls ring through the studio.
