Bellydance can be enjoyed by all ages and genders - no dance experience necessary! We’ll learn a few basic techniques, then put together a short choreography to a modern Arabic song. Bellydance is low-impact, light cardio, and strengthens the core and thighs.

What is Henna? Henna is a temporary tattoo achieved with a paste made from plant-based powders, used for thousands of years in traditional Hindu and Middle Eastern bridal ceremonies. The paste is applied wet, allowed to dry over 24 hours, then can be washed away, leaving a stain in the shape of your design for up to 10 days. Examples of the designs you’ll be able to choose from are below.
