First-timers are welcome and will be guided through the event. All are welcomed into creating sacred space and circle, and your level of participation in activities is to your comfort level. Please review Ritual Etiquette here.

The basis of my teaching is gleaned from over 33 years of practice based in Germanic, Dianic, Gardnerian and ultimately Reclaiming witchcraft. I have led and participated in many covens over the years; The Circle of the Rising Phoenix, Sacred Daughters of Her, and Reclaiming the Radiant Wild. I did a green witch intensive for a year with Susan Weed and have taught workshops at witch camps, organized for VWC and was on the World Witch Council as a representative for VWC.
Some of my teachers are Judith Jannberg, Lucia Francia, Angelika Aliti, Susan Weed, Starhawk, Pat Harmatuk and many more. The Goddess, though, has been my greatest teacher and mentor. I love working with people, dance and co-creating magical experiences. I also love gardening, writing and music.
Shannen Seals is a life coach and owner of Clear Light of the Heart life coaching and Wellness. Shannen has years of experience working as a substance abuse counselor, and case worker in the human services field. Shannen has a passion for helping people to find themselves and their inner strength and create the life that they desire. Shannen specializes in reiki services and is a reiki master with Karuana reiki training. Shan also, offers spiritual advisement and tarot reading. Shannen has the ability to communicate with Angels' Ancestors, and departed loved ones. Wiccan Ritual Etiquette
Be early/on time - showing up late breaks the focus and the circle. If you are more than 15 minutes late, there is a chance we cannot interrupt the ritual to let you in.
Dress comfortably. We are not a skyclad group, and we do not have specific attire, so come casual.
This is a drug & alcohol free ritual. We will not be serving alcohol, and we expect participants to come with a clear mind in order to be fully present for this sacred event.
Participate when you can - all participants will be part of the circle, standing or seated. You do not have to participate in calling corners/elements, but we ask you to respectfully maintain the group circle and focus.
When the Elements (the four directions) are being called turn and face the same direction the leader is facing. If you are unfamiliar with arm gestures and responses being used just stand quietly or try to follow along.
Once the circle is open, it is expected for you to stay in circle until it is closed. Please use the restroom and silence phones prior to the beginning of ritual. Obviously if you must leave for an emergency, your leader will assist you to exit safely and quickly.
