Pink Moon Self-Care Night, with Pink Moon Apothecary

  • The Crescent Collective 911 Old Liverpool Road Liverpool, NY, 13088 United States (map)

Join us in celebrating the Pink Moon full moon, a time historically recognizing the sprouting of some of the first flowers of spring - wild ground phlox, leaving the ground crawling in pink beds. (It is also known as the Sprouting Grass Moon, the Egg Moon, and the Fish Moon - we’ll discuss which name we all think is most appropriate for Central New York at this time of year!) Symbolically, this is a time of high emotions, celebrating femininity, and continuing to lay the groundwork in your garden (literally and figuratively) for what you’re hoping to grow come summertime.

Pink Moon Apothecary hosts this casual, social event (Who else would be more fitting?!) Ginny from PMA is a certified herbalist and former massage therapist who invites you to come learn more about using the plants around us in healing remedies. Liz from The Crescent Collective will have a spread of complimentary sips and snacks - so grab your pals and get a sitter!

$30 Ticket Price Includes:

🍃 Complimentary glasses of Rosé pink wine

🍃 Snacks made from a variety of local spring greens

🍃 Healing Balm class - learn about the different herbs Ginny uses in the Universal Healing Balm while she demonstrates how to melt it all together and create a balm.

🍃 Everyone goes home with a 2 ounce tin of Universal Healing Balm!

Limited to 15 guests - reserve your spot below.

About the host:

“My goal is to try to teach others how I use Universal Energy to heal myself and others….while trying to be relatable to everyday people like myself.

Additionally, my hope is that no matter how different your interests, style, or way of life is, you don’t have to become anything different in order to learn to heal yourself by using what the earth and universe have to offer us.

In conclusion, we all have the ability to feel and use the energy that surrounds us. Maybe if we try to take away some of the stigmas that surround this field of healing arts, more people will open their minds and their hearts to the idea of becoming more acquainted with it.”
