Sound Bath & Meditation

A post-holiday sound journey will have you feeling relaxed and re-energized as you head into the end of your week. On weeks/weekends when we celebrate holidays, it can be wonderful to be with family and friends but it also takes away from self-care time. Work continues on Monday despite the celebrations that have to be planned, organized and thrown! Join us in calming the mind and refreshing the body. 

What You Need for Class: 

  • An empty belly (don’t eat just before, it can make the practice uncomfortable)  

  • Comfortable loose, warm clothing

  • Water

  • Optional: An eye covering and small, flat head pillow

  • Yoga mats will be provided, but feel welcome to bring your own mat/towel

This sound bath will ask participants to sit or lie still for one hour in our open movement studio, while listening to a guided relaxation as the calming tones of Tibetan Singing Bowls ring through the studio.

Cost: $20

Experience level: No experience needed
