Yoga Nidra is the guided practice of consciously relaxing the whole body and thus the mind, bringing you into a state of deep peace. We begin the practice with light movement to start to settle the body and will dive right into the practice relaxation. We will end the session with some pranayama (breathing practice) and meditation.

Cost: This is a Pay-What-You-Can class, with a $10 suggested fee

What to bring: Bring water and wear comfortable clothes- a sweatshirt and socks is recommended as the body temp can drop during relaxation. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (one can be provided if you don't). Kids are more than welcome to join!
