Yoga Nidra is the guided practice of consciously relaxing the whole body and thus the mind. Bring yourself into a state of deep peace. We begin the practice with gentle movement to start to settle the body. We then dive right into the meditative practice of relaxation. In this state deep seated consciousness you will set your personal resolve to bring lasting positive change in your life. (Everyone’s favorite part.) I will be your guide in this exploration of blissful awareness.
The most relaxed you will ever feel.

About Your Instructor
Hannah Inglish of Ananada Wellness
Hannah’s interest in yoga began with a free yoga class. It was a traditional Hatha yoga class that included breathing practice(pranayama), full body relaxation(yoga Nidra), and meditation. She was hooked and wanted more. Yogaville Ashram in Virginia was her home for a year. A community that lives and breathes yogic principles and philosophy. She strives for accessibility in her yoga classes and hopes to have participants leave with a deeper connection to the peace within.
