Let's transition into the weekend together!

It can be hard to shake off the stress of the week and receive the weekend with an open and available mind. Yoga Nidra helps you train the mind and body as you are guided through a series of practices to bring about the desired state of awareness in deep consciousness. In this state, the mind is relaxed and free from sensory stimulation, intellect and logic. Here, the body and the mind can completely rest.

What To Expect:

Lie down for 30 to 45 minutes while the vibrational waves from Tibetan singing bowls move around the room helping the physical body relax. At the same time, you will be guided through Yoga Nidra, first relaxing the physical body and then the mental and emotional bodies.

Anyone can join the practice! Bolsters and blankets are provided to make your relaxation more comfortable. All you need to bring is water and an open mind!
