Qigong & Meditation.

This low impact class guides you through gentle, repetitive movements, that work with your energy. Whether you’re on-the-go with family commitments or your career, enjoy intense work-out regimens, feel overwhelmed or burned out, or you’d like to give yourself some self-care, this class can provide you with the opportunity to release muscle tension, manage stress, or anxiety and offers bits of knowledge to bring harmony and balance into your everyday life experience. Short meditations are infused into this class transcending your understanding of meditation today. You may let go of the idea that you need to clear or quiet your mind and welcome in a calming and nurturing approach that allows for individuality, supporting your own essential nature while you allow thoughts, sensations, and emotions. If you’re curious of how you can experience your days, flowing with the currents, Qigong and meditation with ReBecca, of OM LOVE LOVE is for you.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

*It is recommended to bring a yoga mat with you, as we will be sitting/lying on the floor. However, the Crescent Collective has mats and blocks you may borrow during class. Wear comfortable layered clothing so you can adjust your body's temperature. You may also want to bring a small pillow for under the head or knees when lying on the floor. If you tend to feel cold, you're welcome to bring a warm blanket. All will aid in a more comfortable, restorative experience. A bottle of water is always encouraged.
