With the passing of a busy and often hectic summer season we all need to restore balance back into our lives as fall approaches. This calming yoga practice is for all of us to reset and move back into our usual routines. With restorative yoga poses, breathwork and mindfulness you will restore balance and regain stability. Participants are welcome to bring their own pillows and blankets.
